Solutions to sustainability is what led us to open EcoForms and it is what drives our mission daily. We
are constantly updating and upgrading our model to become more sustainable, less dependent on
petroleum and heading towards a carbon free model.
Shipping Sustainably
Warehouses and Offices
Our offices and warehouse have been solar powered since 2005. In 2024 we aim to increase our solar
supply and create 94% of the electricity we use onsite along with increasing our electrical efficiency and eliminating gas powered appliances.

Raw Material and Manufacturing
While our manufacturing partners are located in China the raw materials used are grown locally and
transported only short distances to be processed into our EcoForms pots. Remember that rice hulls are the inedible by product of rice farming for food. All of our emissions from manufacturing and
transportation are offset or accounted for with our Climate Neutral Certification.

Packaging
We are often asked What are your case count? We do not use cases as they make bulk shipping
extremely inefficient. Once the pots reach our Warehouse we pack to your specific order needs in bulk pallets. By our estimates this eliminates at least 80% of traditional packaging from our supply chain. Our shipments are plastic free too! (Except for a small amount of plastic wrap required by our shipping companies.) In 2019, we decided to end our relationship with packaging giant Uline, due to their extreme political views and their support of causes that go against our beliefs and core values.
